Programmatic Key Account Manager (m/f, 100%)

In this role you will be responsible for executing programmatic partnerships with technical campaign set ups and management for programmatic endeavors. This individual must have a deep understanding of the latest ad industry trends and requirements to implement a successful programmatic business and collaborate effectively with international teams and eternal vendors and partners in managing the programmatic operational requirements for brand direct and trading desks.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Manage the end-to-end Programmatic campaign process from start to finish
  • Direct client relationship management (TDs) throughout campaign lifecycle
  • Create, develop and grow the day-to-day relationships with our clients and key decision makers
  • Understand clients’ objectives and KPIs and optimize for exceptional campaign performance and increased spend
  • Create Deal Id’s
  • Monitor delivery, spend and performance on Deal IDs
  • Highlight upselling opportunities to the sales team across Deal IDs
  • Analysing metamarkets and internal dashboards to get campaign insights and actionable data
  • Reporting performance to internal teams and clients, daily, weekly and in group/pod meetings
  • Educate and consult with our clients on the Teads product suite and wider programmatic video industry
  • Sending out delivery reports
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Make use of Teads Studio to pro-actively suggest enrichments for client’s campaigns
  • Establish sitelists (mostly for clients booking international campaigns)
  • Participate in programmatic workshops with top clients/agencies

Ihr Profil

  • Previous experience of working in a similar online Ad Operations/Account Management role
  • Good understanding of ad serving technologies
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience of managing the end-to-end campaign process for top tier advertisers
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • World class client relationship management skills with direct client or agency experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced media environment managing multiple competing priorities
  • Mobile, Video and Programmatic experience
  • Experience on DSPs (especially Google DBM) is a plus
  • Languages: if you don’t speak German then fluent English will be required
