To boost their clients’ digital performance, we are looking for a

Programmatic Advertising Manager (m/w, 80 – 100%)

Your Impact:

  • Translate client campaign objectives into programmatic activation strategies, including defining and building target audiences and sourcing relevant inventory opportunities
  • Set up and manage campaigns (RTB, Video, Display & Remarketing)
  • Ensure budgets are pacing effectively and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs
  • Responsible for the execution of operational tasks including budget management, billing, and campaign creative trafficking
  • Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance within and across campaigns
  • Develop strong working relationships with members of the broader digital account teams
  • Collaborate with publishers to source, evaluate and implement deals that provide the clients with high quality inventory opportunities
  • Create performance forecasts
  • Establish strong business relationships to publisher and tool suppliers
  • Keep key stakeholders including clients and account teams updated on campaign and account level performance via regular and ad-hoc reporting and status meetings
  • Identify trends in the programmatic field and contribute new best practices

Experience and skills:

  • 2+ Years of relevant career experience in trading programmatic campaigns at an agency, DSP or Ad Network
  • Bachelor’s Degree in online-/marketing-/technology-related field is beneficial
  • Profound knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform (GMP)
  • Experience with RTB technologies (DSP, SSP, AdServer & DMP) and the whole programmatic eco-system
  • Advanced Excel User
  • Network to publishers are preferred
  • Knowledge of attribution modelling
  • German skills would be an advantage, but not a must
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • High analytical skills, independent working manner, strongly initiative personality and finally strong enthusiastic for agile structures
