Google Analytics Specialist (80 -100%)

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for the Google Analytics 360 Suite (Analytics 360, Audience Center 360, Tag Manager 360, Optimize 360, Surveys 360, Data Studio 360)
  • Digital Analytics: Workshops, Concepts, Implementations, Internal Training, Reporting and Analyzes. Set up and optimize cross-platform and cross-channel KPIs
  • Derive and activate optimization measures
  • Team-wide coordination of the implementation of a uniform company-wide tracking concept
  • Support the data-driven teams (B2B, B2C) in recording business-critical key figures
  • Proactive conception and further development of a multi-channel tracking solution for the app and web applications of JobCloud AG based on established Best Practices & Standards
  • Collaborate and coordinate the development, product, data and marketing teams to ensure the correct implementation of key measurement points
  • Support in the preparation and capture of product, marketing and application KPIs
  • Validate existing implementations and ensure stability within a Scrum organization
  • Close cooperation with the Data Intelligence team to ensure a solid Google data base in the internal DWH (Single Source of Truth). Provide data to the DWH to support significant dashboards
  • Training and imparting necessary knowledge in the context of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google Experiments

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with Google Analytics / Google Analytics 360 Google Tag Manager
  • In-depth experience in web and app technologies / applications
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as continuous delivery/ deployment
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform, GoogleAds
  • Benefits of JavaScript, HTML and single-page applications
  • Ability to cooperate proactively with an interdisciplinary team involving internal stakeholder
  • A high degree of initiative, reliability and problem-solving skills
  • Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
