E-Commerce & Digital Manager (80%, m/f)

Our client is searching for a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded personality, who can lead and develop the digital platform with experience, drive, ambition and a lot of passion. Your role will mainly be to further develop and implement the online strategy, drive the sales and grow GNL Footwear as a leading online brand.

Responsibilities

  • Increase visibility, web-traffic and drive online sales
  • Deliver and implement a strategic approach in driving ongoing traffic to generate sales revenues and build brand awareness across different markets
  • Create significant growth in community, sales and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage SEO/SEA, social media and display advertising campaigns as well as email marketing in close collaboration with the online agency
  • Lead and manage social media accounts
  • Further develop customer journey through the various channels and platforms
  • Manage website analytics tools
  • Lead and manage digital advertising agencies
  • Work closely with branding and marketing agencies to plan and execute campaigns and branding guidelines
  • Present sales, revenue, expenses reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team including budget forecasts
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Be the key driver in developing and optimizing the performance and digital brand marketing of the Shopify E-commerce platform and infrastructure

Requirements

  • Successful previous experience in e-commerce, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong background in e-commerce and holistic knowledge in performance marketing
  • In depth experience with digital advertising, email marketing and e-commerce infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • You are extremely organized and have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Willingness, eagerness and ability to learn about new products and their in depth function
  • You would like to be part of a small and driven team
  • You are creative and enjoy multitasking
  • Team oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English and German
  • A passion for fitness and health
