Within the framework of their brand-specific digital strategies (Mondaine, Luminox and M-WATCH) as well as the planned e-commerce activities, we are looking for an innovative, creative and independent personality for their digital service unit in the function as a

Digital Marketing Specialist / Project Manager E-Commerce (m/f, 100%)

Depending on the profile, this interesting position includes several aspects of digital marketing, in particular social media and community management, as well as the maintenance of existing brand websites.

Ihre Aufgaben

Digital Marketing:

  • Development of the digital marketing strategy based on the brand guidelines as well as on the e-commerce targets
  • Planning, executing, supervising and reporting on the implementation of online campaigns such as search-, display- and social media campaigns as well as other marketing measures to promote brand awareness and sales within online sector
  • Design and composition of ad formats on Amazon (AMS): Headline Search Ads (HSA), Sponsored Products (SP) and Product Display Ads (PDA)
  • Supporting customers (distributors) in digital matters, especially in regard to the implementation of online campaigns and digital strategies, as well as providing best practices
  • Visualizing creative ideas for each brand to raise brand awareness and sales
  • Participation in the planning and implementation process of a regular newsletter and coordination of various projects for the communication on all social media channels
  • Analysing and reporting in regard to the effectiveness of online marketing activities
  • Secure and increase online brand awareness and online reputation
  • Evaluation of possible online tools as well as other agencies and service providers
  • Support the creation and translation of FAQs for customer support
  • Digital brand support at fairs and events

Management of the websites (Mondaine, Luminox and M-WATCH):

  • Efficient and targeted content management using CMS systems: Developing layout and design, continuous update of the content as well as promotion of the website (partly in cooperation with an external agency)


  • Project management in various e-commerce matters
  • Co-responsibility in regard to setting up brand-specific e-shops
  • Analysis and selection of suitable e-commerce providers
  • Managing marketing projects in collaboration with Amazon and BM

Social Media:

  • Planning and publishing content on the social media platforms in collaboration with marketing managers
  • Implement creative ideas for the brands to enlarge consumer brand awareness
  • Continuous management of social media channels with focus on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube
  • Maintaining and intensifying contact with bloggers and influencers, as well as engaging in word-of-mouth-marketing
  • Definition of KPI’s, ongoing data and performance analysis as well as monthly reports
  • Planning, development, implementation and evaluation of competitions
  • Support of the brand community by design, maintenance and further development of the social media presence as well as activation of the exchange with and among users (including information and complaint management)
  • Development of social media policies, inter alia, for distributors

Ihr Profil

Desired profile requirements depending on the respective position (focus on performance marketing, social media & community management or project management e-commerce):

  • You are a Digital Native with several years of professional experience in sales-oriented marketing, online performance marketing and story-telling
  • Training or further education in digital marketing / marketing communication
  • Technological understanding as well as interest in the latest developments of the digital environment
  • Knowledge of different (digital) marketing measures
  • User knowledge of current online performance tools as well as good knowledge in web analysis / tools for online and advertising research
  • Profound interpretation of campaign results and a valid derivation of optimization potentials
  • Experience in e-commerce projects and multi-channel processes in the retail business
  • Experience in the development of content strategies and the expansion of social communities
  • Innovative capacity as well as a high degree of service-oriented thinking and acting
  • Languages: Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written); German will be an asset
  • IT skills: Very good user knowledge of the office range in general as well as very good CRM / CMS knowledge
