Data Insight & Digital Manager (m/w 100%) 

The objective of this new role is to develop a data strategy, providing and supporting the technical data solutions and to support the marketing and media teams with data-driven consumer insights. As the main driver of this initiative you will conclude Big Data out of the different channels of research, media, online platforms and retail. Therefore you will cultivate an intensive cooperation with the different markets and their local agencies. You will anticipate and analyse new trends and deduce recommendations towards the inhouse stakeholders. In short – you will create a data culture within the whole company. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and continuous development of the in-house DMP including reports and dashboards
  • Develop a data strategy covering first, second and third party data. Data-handling, -clearing, -normalisation of media and 
  • marketing data from various sources to connect with the database
  • Analysis of data to generate consumer- and marketing insights
  • Close collaboration with the media and marketing teams to benefit from insights in the operational business
  • Development of automated reports, linkage to the (online) campaign data
  • Support of group wide digital projects
  • Data management support for external clients (optional on request)

Optional tasks:

  • Supporting the Media Manager/Head of Digital with the implementation of digital campaigns
  • Definition and tracking of applicable KPI’s
  • Seeing to technical implementation of campaigns (pixel, tracking, verification tools, etc.)
  • Analysis of online campaigns

Your profile

  • Experience in working with databases and related technologies
  • Experience in data analytics
  • High level of technical understanding and use of contemporary communication technologies
  • Experience in planning and implementing digital campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital media tools and technologies (DSP, SSP, ad verification, Google Analytics, web analytics etc.)
  • Business-fluent English
  • Communicative, can persuade team and marketing managers
  • Team player 
  • Client and consulting oriented
  • 3-4 years of experience
