Growth Lead Switzerland (100%)
The Growth Lead Switzerland is a senior, hands‑on role with e‑commerce experience as a mandatory requirement, responsible for owning and developing Haypp Group’s marketing execution for the Swiss market. The role combines strategic direction with strong operational ownership across growth marketing, onsite performance and day‑to‑day e‑commerce execution.
The position acts as the primary executional owner for Switzerland and sits at the intersection of Marketing and Operations. The role works very closely with the DACH e‑commerce team and is fully supported by a central Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Sweden, which provides platform, analytics, tooling, best practices and specialist expertise. Initially, this is an individual contributor role with no direct team responsibility, but the plan is to build local capability over time as the market grows.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth Execution
- Own and execute the Switzerland marketing agenda in close collaboration with central Marketing and the DACH team, including SEO, performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, CRO and structured experimentation.
- Localize and adapt central campaigns, offers and messaging to the Swiss market, ensuring strong commercial impact, regulatory compliance and local relevance.
- Create and execute local campaigns based on the particularities of the Swiss market
- Continuously optimize the end‑to‑end customer journey based on e‑commerce performance data, insights and testing results.
E‑commerce & Operational Ownership
- Own the day‑to‑day operation of the Switzerland e‑commerce site, including campaign launches and content execution.
- Ensure high standards of site hygiene: merchandising logic, navigation, content quality, checkout experience and compliance‑driven UX.
- Act as the Swiss market interface towards the DACH team and the Headquarters in Sweden
Cross‑functional Delivery & Governance
- Drive cross‑functional initiatives impacting Switzerland together with the DACH team and Swedish HQ.
- Establish a clear operating cadence (weekly priorities, performance follow‑ups, roadmap tracking).
- Own performance dashboards and qualitative market reporting for leadership forums, focusing on insights, risks and recommended actions
Profile & Mandatory Requirements
- Solid, hands‑on e‑commerce / (digital) marketing background is mandatory, with proven experience in marketing, onsite optimization and growth execution.
- Senior marketing and/or e‑commerce professional with strong operational understanding.
- Highly data‑driven, with the ability to turn analytics and insights into concrete actions.
- Comfortable operating in regulated or complex consumer environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; able to lead through influence and collaboration rather than formal authority.
- Fluent in German is mandatory; professional working proficiency in English is required. Additional, French and/or Italian skills are strong pluses.
Working Model
- Fully remote within Switzerland.
- Works closely with the DACH e‑commerce organization and the central Centre of Excellence in Sweden.
- Occasional travel for team offsites, DACH collaboration or CoE workshops.
